Rising Indian actor Taha Shah Badussha is continuing his upward trajectory following the success of Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, describing his latest project, Nazdeekiyan, as a “full-circle moment” in his career.
The upcoming relationship drama marks Badussha’s reunion with producer-director Karan Johar, years after his early associations with Dharma Productions on Gippi (2013) and Baar Baar Dekho (2016). The new series, which is backed by Dharmatic Entertainment, the digital content arm and a subsidiary of Dharma Productions, signals a significant evolution in the actor’s journey by placing him at the forefront of a contemporary ensemble narrative.
Backed by Johar’s banner, Nazdeekiyan explores modern relationships and emotional complexities, aligning with the growing global appetite for character-driven streaming content.
