T-Series Pop Chart Busters today unveiled the poster for the upcoming music video of song ‘Tujhe Dhunde Meri Jaan.’ Sung by playback singer Asit Tripathy recent winner of the Best Upcoming Male Voice Award at the Mirchi Music Awards and known for his Bollywood hits delivers the lyrics packed with emotion that will surely pull at the heartstrings.
A joint project by Filmy Brats Production, Soul For Screen Ltd and directed by Zaigham Hameed Butt, the music video teaser is due to be released by T-Series Pop Chart Busters on 26 th March with the music video releasing worldwide on 31 st March.
‘Tujhe Dhunde Meri Jaan’ tells a story of love and separation set in the beautifully captured city of London starring talented actors Samer Singh Dawar and Srishti Jain. Both have delivered an exceptional performance adapting their expressions and outer look as the story progresses with the song.
Debuting with his first project as a male lead, Samer talks about his experience filming in London, “I began my journey as a background dancer and supporting artist, so being the lead has always been a dream. I am now proud to announce that this wish has been fulfilled through ‘Tujhe Dhunde Meri Jaan’, which is backed by T-Series, India's largest Music Label & Movie Studio. Given this music video is my official entry into cinema, it has been a blessing to have several talented artists come on board to support my vision. The song is a catchy, intense romantic number and when it comes to ‘love’, London is a location that instantly springs to mind. Since I have lived there, shooting in the city was a must and it felt poignant to return home for this crucial breakthrough in my career. I honestly believe no other geographical setting could’ve done justice to our song, especially when it comes to the scenic beauty, sparkling lights and picturesque skies. Furthermore, I feel that the Victorian and urban tone of our video will resonate with viewers too.”
Popular actress Srishti Jain, from the recently acclaimed series ‘Hamari Wali Good News,’ added about her experience “I loved the song the second I heard it! I hope everyone who hears it falls in love with it. London was so beautiful! I visited for the first time, and it was so so cold but fun! Filming in the cold had its own challenges which made it super memorable.”
‘Tujhe Dhunde Meri Jaan’ will be released worldwide by T-Series Pop Chart Busters on 31st March.
